Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Email address — only if you join the list or request a preview. Used exclusively to send what you asked for: edition announcements or the requested preview. Legal basis: consent.

Order data — handled by our payment processor (merchant of record) to deliver your purchase and issue the invoice. Legal basis: contract.

Audience — two measures. Our own page statistics, cookie-less and aggregate. And Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, which sets cookies (_ga, kept up to 13 months) to count visits and pages read. Visitors in the European Union, the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked first: nothing is sent to Google before they accept, and declining costs nothing. The choice is kept in your browser for six months and can be changed at any time through the “Cookies” link in the footer. Data goes to Google LLC (United States) under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. No advertising tracker, no profiling.

2. What we don’t do

No sale of data, no advertising networks, no cross-site tracking, no profiling.

3. Retention

List emails: until you unsubscribe (every email contains an unsubscribe link, or write to us). Order data: legal accounting retention periods.

4. Your rights (GDPR)

Access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection: email [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (CNIL in France).

5. Processors

Hosting: Cloudflare. Payments and invoicing: our merchant of record. Email delivery: our transactional email provider. Each processes data under its own GDPR commitments.
